Methods of Payment

Marsha Neal Studio accepts: Paypal, U.S. Bank Checks (must clear before order is shipped), U.S. Money Orders, all in U.S. Currency. Make payments out to: Marsha Neal Studio, PO Box 831, Hockessin, DE 19707.

 

Any returned checks will incur a $30 returned check fee.

Shipping Methods and Charges

All orders will ship when the entire order is ready. If you have items such as silks, findings, ready to go pieces in combination with made to order pieces, you can request that “all in stock pieces ship now, back order the rest”. This means that there will be 2 shipments for your order, and you will be charged for shipping on both. I will of course try my best to get everything out at once, but there are times where your order may take 2-3 weeks if I have to make any of the porcelain pieces from scratch, or if I am out of stock of regularly stocked items.

Lead Time for Orders

All of my Porcelain Pendants are individually handmade in a process that has over 20 steps for each piece. It is not unusual for an order to take me 2 to 3 weeks to fill. I will do my best to accommodate any special situation so please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns about your order. Arrangements for partial shipments of large orders can be made when an order is placed by marking the order “PARTIAL SHIPMENT ALLOWED” (customer will be responsible for all of the shipping charges).

If you are concerned about a long lead time for an order, you can contact me and I can give you an updated lead time for potential orders. And remember, you can always put notes in the order message area that give me a head’s up like: I would like to have this by xxx date if possible.

Custom or Special Orders

Please email me with requests for special orders, and I will advise you on how we can proceed. You can submit your credit card, billing and shipping information to me through this online shopping cart by clicking the button at the top of this page.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final, and returns will be accepted for “exchanges” or “store credit only." Special orders or bulk quantity orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
I want you to feel confident and happy with the items you purchase from Marsha Neal Studio. Within 30 days of receiving your order, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact me and we can work out the best way to remedy the situation. You can also take the pieces to one of my shows to do an even exchange if you are not happy.

Any material that is going to be returned must first be processed in the following manner (within 30 days of receiving your order):

  1. Contact me by phone or email to discuss the situation.
  2. Upon a resolution, I will send you a completed RGA (return goods authority) form that has the terms of the exchange. A copy of this RGA form will need to be included with the material being returned in order to ensure that it is handled properly.
  3. This RGA form is good for 30 days from the date it is processed at Marsha Neal Studio.
  4. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the RGA, unless there was a mistake on my behalf.
